What happens if my card was compromised?  In the event that there is an unauthorized charge to your card as a result of using our secure servers, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Inkbarn.com will cover up to $50.00 of this liability for you, should this occur as a result of no fault of your own.

You must however, notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedures and cooperate with them in their handling of the investigation.
