The following return policies and procedures have been established for Inkbarn.com orders.

Exchanges:

All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Problems can occur from time to time, and we are here to make them right!  Should we determine you have a defective ink or toner cartridge, we will replace it promptly. Cartridges submitted for exchange or refund must contain at least 75% ink or toner.

 

UNOPENED MERCHANDISE Unopened cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund or credit of the purchase price towards a new purchase. You will be charged for shipping your new order, unless product being returned is defective.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

Name brand cartridges  (Apple, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Samsung, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. For defective OEM items, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers warranty. Upon your request, we will be pleased to provide you with OEM contact information.

We do not accept returns of OEM cartridges that have been opened.

REFUNDS

All returned items will be inspected and a refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, using payment method used when product was purchased.

You will be credited amount paid, minus our shipping costs.
